The Hand Hotel is recently under new management and since we have been here we have strived to improve upon the standards of the establishment. To do so we have highlighted upon the areas of the hotel that need the most attention and implemented new methods in which to bring the hotel back to its former glory.

The residential rooms of the hotel have all been considered on an individual basis and all the amenities have been greatly improved. Once bringing the rooms of the hotel up to a comfortable standard we then hired new housekeepers to maintain, and yet still improve upon, the overall cleanliness and functionality of the hotel.

The public bar has improved by listening to the customers needs. A new 46” wall mounted television has now been installed in the bar and a full Sky Sports subscription has been acquired to show all the live sport.

Additionally, a pool team is in the process of being assembled and is being entered into the local pool league tournament.

The hotel has attained two extraordinary chefs who have had great input in improving the produce from the kitchen. They have now announced that they will be serving dishes from their freshly created menu. Moreover, each Sunday the two chefs continue to astound their customers by producing a fantastic Traditional Carvery; from which you can now help yourself to your own side portions and vegetables.
