Oven baked Pantysgawn goats cheese on brioche, scattered pine nuts and onion relish
Pan-fried Mackerel, on chorizo braised leeks with shallot crisps

Roasted butternut squash and mascarpone risotto, with toasted pine nuts, sage and a balsamic reduction
